We have the comprehensively assessing system to assure suppliers’ qualification and capability. This system evaluates and marks the suppliers in various aspects such as quality system, product quality, delivery, price and improvement capability etc. at different weighting factors.

2.       2. PPAP
To ensure the conformity of suppliers’ first production lot and products after engineering change, suppliers are required to ensure the correctness, completeness, cleanness and unification of the documents submitted together with the samples like dimensional test report, appearance test report, performance test report, material test report, FMEA, process flow chart, control plan and product drawing etc.
