EPpays great attention to motor performance measurement in each manufacturing process. It also invests a lot to comprehensively assess motor parameter. It has many labs and test rooms with world famous brand testing equipment like Mahr, Hexagon, Mitutoyo and MEA. They are able to evaluate the motor’s geometric sense, physical quantity and electrical parameters in each process. Along with production specification, control plan and data analysis control, they control the deviation in each process and correct it when it shows the tendency of getting worse. 
To satisfy customers’ requirement better, we keep researching on GR&R to ensure effectiveness of each measurement.
We keep improving motor reliability assessment. Up to now we have set up labs for vibration test, high-low temperature impact test and life test under special loads. We are paying close attention to our customers’ requirement.
