        Shenzhen EPElectric Machine is the professional PMDC motor manufacturer. The company was established in 2003. It occupies an area of 20,000 M2 with 600 employees.  

EPlocates in Shenzhen, the famous city in China, the sister city of Hongkong. Within 2 hours, we are able to deliver the motors to major ports like Hongkong, Shekou and Yantian. Hongkong airport is about one and a half hours’ journey away from the company. Shenzhen airport is about half an hour’s ride.

EPproduces 18 million PMDC motors every year. Products range from Low Voltage DC motor to High Voltage DC motor with diameter of 20mm to 52mm. Input voltage ranges from 1.2VDC to 240VAC. The major applications of the motors are: automotive, home appliance, power tool, office automation, fitness apparatus and electric models. 

EPpays great attention to quality assurance and product certification. It was ISO9001:2000 certified in December, 2004. It was further ISO/TS16949:2002 certified in June, 2007. Its full series High Voltage DC motors received national CCC certificate. In addition, thanks to EP’s unique EMI suppression technic, all its customers are able to build their products conforming to EU’s CE requirement.

EPinvests a lot in technic and production innovation. It has full motor manufacturing processes in house including tool fabrication. Its tooling and measuring equipment contain many world famous brands like  Sodick, Hexagon, Mahr and Mitutoyo etc. EPkeeps researching for new technologies to build the motors with longer life and lower noise. It owns 3 patents on low-cogging motor, wideband EMI compatible motor and over load self protection motor.
