Theory and structure of the brake motors, the DC brake disc is assembled on the non-generate end shaft of the motor,when equipped with electricity, the brake functions simultaneously, the electromagnetic power attracts the armature and presses the spring ,therefore the brake disc is launched from armature and endshield,then the motor commences to run: When the power offer is lower off, electromagnetic froce missing, the spring pushes the armature to the brake disc,the motor stops instantly,a braking motion finished. The energy of the brake is equipped by rectifier fastened in the terminal box, DC 99v for motors up to 3KW and DC 170V for motors 4KW and up.
Y2EJ series DC brake motors(DC brake assembled on Y2 series motors) and YDEJ collection DC brake motors(DC brake assembled on YD series multi-velocity motors) are also CZPT.
